Robert Bullington, JR. MD

Meet Our Ophthalmologist

A distinguished expert in cornea and external disease, Dr. Bullington is celebrated for his contributions to ophthalmology, including serving as a preceptor to medical students and training residents at top institutions. His leadership roles and recognition as a Phoenix Magazine Top Doc underscore his excellence in the field.

Education: B.S. from Arizona State University; Medical Degree from University of Arizona; Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center; Cornea and External Disease Fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston.
Hobbies: Playing tennis, golf and spending time with his wife & three children.

Aileen Villareal MD

Meet Our Ophthalmologist

Renowned for her expertise in general ophthalmology with a special interest in ocular surface disease, glaucoma, and vision correction through contact lenses, Dr. Villareal is a dedicated volunteer and a repeated Phoenix Magazine Top Doc awardee. Her involvement in the Arizona Telemedicine Ophthalmic Program and community service at St. Vincent de Paul Eye Clinic highlights her commitment to accessible eye care.

Education: Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree from University of Arizona; Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio.
Hobbies: Travel, cooking, exercise, piano.

Bethany Wong OD

Meet Our Optometrist

Specialized in optometry, Dr. Wong is committed to preventative care, with a focus on dry eye management and contact lens fitting. Her background includes extensive training in ocular disease and collaboration with specialists in glaucoma, cornea, and retina. Before her current role at Biltmore Eye Physicians, she was a part of Vision Care of Arizona, enhancing her expertise in comprehensive eye care.

Education: B.S. in Biology from The Ohio State University; Doctorate in Optometry from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Hobbies: Hiking, traveling, calligraphy.

    We always recommend our patients contact their insurance carrier to verify coverage.

    While we do not accept other insurance plans, we can provide patients with the paperwork needed to submit reimbursement for care.

  • Payment for services is the responsibility of the patient, not the insurance company.

    Please verify insurance coverage before your appointment. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to provide your insurance card for our records.
